Dr. Rakhna Araslanova is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon who leads facial paralysis and reanimation at Norelle Health, with additional expertise in craniofacial reconstruction and aesthetic facial plastic surgery.

Dr. Adrian Ong is a board-certified surgeon who practices exclusively on the face, head, and neck, with expertise spanning rhinoplasty, sinus surgery, facial trauma, reconstruction, and sleep surgery.

Dr. Boris Chernobilsky MD

Surgeon

Dr. Boris Chernobilsky leads the Sleep Medicine program at Norelle Health. Double board-certified in otolaryngology and sleep medicine and a former head of sleep medicine at NYU Langone Health, he has particular expertise in hypoglossal nerve stimulation and advanced surgery for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
